Integration time
We hold the silence and sit together for a while.
Just sitting in the essence of our wonderful being,
resting,
at ease after all the whirling energies
that are passed down and through all of you.
Resting in all there is,
in the true nature of your loving being.
Let’s just sit together.
Let’s integrate what has been sent to the earth lately from the universe,
from the earth herself,
from the deepest realm of your own being.
Just sit and rest,
and cover yourself with Mary’s cape,
whirl in the love of Reiki,
be in the wonder that you are.
Amen for a while.

Tijd voor integratie
We houden de stilte vast en zitten even samen.
Gewoon zitten in de essentie van ons prachtige wezen,
rustend,
op ons gemak na alle wervelende energieën
die door jullie heen en naar beneden worden doorgegeven.
Rustend in alles wat er is,
in de ware aard van jullie liefdevolle wezen.
Laten we gewoon samen zitten.
Laten we integreren wat de laatste tijd
naar de aarde is gestuurd vanuit het universum,
vanuit de aarde zelf,
vanuit het diepste rijk van je eigen wezen.
Ga gewoon zitten en rust uit,
en bedek jezelf met de Maria’s cape,
wervel in de liefde van Reiki,
wees in het wonder dat je bent.
